Insurance Provider Partners

In the event of illness or injury it is important to contact your insurance provider directly prior to receiving care. They will often issue a  Guarantee of Payment letter that will either be sent to our clinic or you can print off and bring to your appointment. 

We are continually working to improve our direct billing insurance providers. If you don't see your insurance company on the list, it doesn't mean they won't reimburse you for your medical visit. Please contact your insurance company for more information.
