Cancellation Policy

Cancellation for services must received prior to 48 (forty-eight) of the time and date of your scheduled appointment to be eligible for refund. Cancellations received within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the date and time of your scheduled appointment will not be eligible for refund. 

Cancellation due to sickness: We would like to protect the health and safety of our staff. Should you feel ill prior to the date and time of your scheduled appointment, please reach out to us. We will cancel your appointment and apply a credit to your account that can be used within 30 (thirty) calendar days from appointment. NOTE: This only applies to appointments within the 48 (forty-eight) hour non-cancellation timeframe. These credits cannot be transferrable and must be used for the individual who was previously scheduled. Should you not use your credit for service within 30 (thirty) calendar days, your credit will expire and no refund will be issued.
