How It Works
- Contact us (walk in or WhatsApp). Tell us your symptoms and which test you need.
- We advise the right test (rapid vs. lab send-out) and any prep (e.g., fasting).
- Sample collected in clinic (swab, urine, finger-stick or blood draw).
- Results delivered by portal or WhatsApp, plus a clear plan (treatment or follow-up).
Prep Instructions (read this before you come)
- Fasting labs (lipids, triglycerides, some glucose tests):
Don’t eat for 8–12 hours (water is fine; take essential meds unless told otherwise). - Urine tests (UTI screen/culture, pregnancy):
Aim for mid-stream sample. Try not to urinate for ~1 hour before your visit. - STI NAAT (chlamydia/gonorrhea):
Avoid urinating for ~1 hour before collection; avoid antibiotics 24–48 hours prior if possible (ask us if you’re on treatment). - HIV/Syphilis window periods:
Very recent exposures may need repeat testing; we’ll advise timing. - Dengue testing windows: NS1 antigen is most accurate day 1–7 of fever.
IgM/IgG are more informative after day 5–7.
We’ll choose the right test based on day of illness.
What You’ll Receive

- Treatment in clinic when appropriate (e.g., strep, UTI, flu symptom control, IV fluids)
- Prescription(s) if indicated at a follow-up appointment
- Follow-up plan (Virtual or in-clinic) and referral if needed
