3. We confirm the visit. We’ll share the estimated arrival time and the initial consult fee before we come. 
4. Clinician arrives. We examine you, perform any testing needed, and start treatment when appropriate. 
5. Plan & follow-up. You get clear instructions, prescriptions if needed, and follow-up by video in our Patient Portal or in-person clinic visit.

• Sprains/strains, minor back pain 
• Dengue Fever
• Blood pressure or blood sugar checks and medication advice
•  If we feel you need hospital care or imaging, we’ll explain why and help you get there quickly. 

What we Can't Treat at Home or in Your Hotel

• Mild Respiratory Distress - problems breathing
• Pneumonia & Respiratory Infections
• Sexually Transmitted Infections 
• Minor Fractures
• Ear-wax Impactions
• Large/deep cuts or cuts where bleeding isn't easily controlled. 
• Large Skin Infections - (greater than 2" or 5 cm in diameter)
