We support international insurance by providing the documents you need and—when possible—requesting a Guarantee of Payment (GOP) so your insurer pays us directly. 

How it works

1. Visit (clinic or house/hotel).
2. We prepare clinician notes and an itemized invoice (plus lab results when available).
3. Option A: Claim yourself. You pay us; your insurer reimburses you.
4. Option B: GOP. If your insurer supports direct payment, we’ll submit details to request a GOP.
    

Good to know

• Not all policies or cases qualify for GOP.
• Approval times vary by insurer and time of day.
• If GOP isn’t approved, you can still pay and claim reimbursement.

Financing partners

• For Canadians: financing via a Canadian medical finance company (for Canadian residents with Canadian ID/banking).
• For Mexico (citizens & residents): financing via a Mexico City–based finance company (for Mexican citizens, permanent residents, and temporary residents).

Simple steps to apply

2. We send the right link (Canada or Mexico) and what to have ready.
3. You complete a short form (name, ID, contact, estimated amount).
4. The lender returns a fast decision with monthly payment details.
5. If approved, you e-sign and we proceed with care.
    

Requirements (typical)

• Government ID (passport, driver’s licence, or INE).
• Contact/billing details (Canadian or Mexican).
• Some lenders may request proof of income or run a credit check.

Funding times vary and may take weeks for approval despite pre-approval status. In emergency situations, we can expedite this process, however, we are still at the discretion of the financing company.
